Who studies at UTH Florida?

UTH Florida University was founded to meet the needs of the Hispanic community in the United States and around the world. By offering the flexibility of online education and affordable tuition costs, UTH Florida University aims to enable its graduates to achieve higher levels of career development and long-term economic prospects.

At the same time, UTH Florida is the ideal choice for students in Latin America who wish to enhance their career prospects by obtaining an educational degree issued by a university authorized by the Florida Department of Education. An American diploma can be perceived by the market as having greater commercial value and being better positioned for transferability to other countries.

Case Studies Method

All graduate level courses are conducted using the case method to immerse students in situations affecting real companies and require students to develop, present and defend solutions among the alternatives offered by their fellow students. This method requires active participation of the students and the development of critical thinking.

The case method is taught as a diagnostic tool to be used in problem analysis and pattern recognition. It is designed to learn from instructors as well as learn from other students in an environment that promotes sharing of collective experiences and experiences and points of view unique to each student. Within the discussion of each case, specific business tools are taught and applied to the particular situations under analysis. Students are required to analyze a problem, develop solutions, consider alternatives, and choose a plan of action.

The recommendations of each student are shared with the other students and defended in open discussion, which stimulates group cooperation, develops communication skills and critical analysis of alternatives.

Harvard Business School Publishing

The case studies material used by UTH Florida University has been developed and distributed by Harvard Business School and Harvard Business Publishing. Additionally, all UTH Florida University instructors have been trained in the use of the case method by Harvard Business School Professors.

The materials and training received from Harvard Business School Publishing are very important factors in achieving our goal of providing a high level of quality in the education programs we offer in the area of Business Administration.

Learn in Spanish

All courses offered by UTH Florida University are conducted 100% in Spanish. Therefore, students do not need to learn English to obtain an education at a University located in the State of Florida.

The principles taught in a Business Administration education are universal and therefore there is no need to translate them to learn how to apply them to a student’s career.

The goal of UTH Florida University is to transmit and develop the necessary tools for a career in the business world and knowledge of English, although recommended, is not necessary for a successful professional career. Those students who wish to develop English language skills are encouraged to enroll in our specialized language programs.

Innovative + High Quality + Low Costs

UTH Florida University operates 100% online and offers its services in a virtual environment designed specifically for this purpose and implementing the appropriate technologies to meet the educational needs of its students.

We provide quality learning experiences through problem solving, while stimulating creativity and innovation.

UTH Florida University is committed to the distance learning model. We believe that online education will be the disruptive innovation of the 21st century, breaking the paradigm of higher education that will ultimately bring high-quality, affordable education to everyone and everywhere, thereby enabling our communities and countries to grow and prosper.

Flexible

Online education offers great flexibility when scheduling study hours, students being able to schedule their studies and tasks at the time that is most convenient for them, thus giving them the flexibility to work and generate income while studying to obtain a degree that helps them improve their economic prospects.

Moderate Costs

Online education is simple, without options and frills and therefore does not offer the “college life experience”. In exchange for this, the online system offers a cheaper route to obtaining the desired educational degrees and professional tools.
